Right on National Geographic!

Just skimming the internet today. Found this nice little article. It is about this month's National Geographic. It looks as if they have found a sense of humor. How much you want to bet that the Bush administration finds a way to 'forget' to help fund NG, or don't they get any government funding? No? {Checking} Nope they don't, so I guess that they are safe (at least until some fundies get really pissed and start offing them).
In a couple of weeks we will be talking about this in my philosophy of science class. It should be really interesting (evolution, not fundies offing people). I am interested in the arguments for and against evolution, because I guess I don't really have an open mind on the whole creationism side. From what I understand the argument in it's simplest form is "God did it, it says so right here in my King James version of the Bible, so there!" Ok, believe what you want. I don't care, just remember everyone deserves a choice.
